Support groups are the heart of AURA. They are small, carefully curated groups where participants meet regularly in a safe and supportive environment.
Each group consists of a maximum of 6 participants who are personally matched based on age, personality, and goals. This creates a space where genuine connection is possible.
The groups are intended for people who want to feel understood, share experiences, and grow together without judgment or pressure.
Meaningful growth occurs when people feel seen, understood , and surrounded by others who know their experiences.

How does it work
Personal matching
AURA does not work with open or randomly formed groups. Every participant first undergoes an individual intake interview before being matched with a group.
Online intake
A 30-minute conversation to get to know you, your goals, personality, and needs.
Zorgvuldige matching
Based on age, personality, goals, and group dynamics, you will be placed in the most suitable group.
Beginning & growth
You start in a group of up to 6 participants. Meeting weekly, growing, and connecting at your own pace.

Participate online
Participate from your own familiar environment. Online groups offer the same safe atmosphere and can be a more accessible first step for people who want to work on themselves from a place where they feel comfortable.
Participate on location
AURA currently has no fixed location, which offers flexibility in where groups are held. The location is communicated in advance and is always carefully chosen for a safe and warm atmosphere.
